Starszy Specjalista ds. analizy biznesowej i rozwoju systemu CSIRE (k/m/n)

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. operates in the energy sector and is seeking a specialist for business analysis and development of the CSIRE system.

• Higher education, preferably in energy, IT, or other technical fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the process of defining and documenting functional requirements for IT systems.
• Participation in implementation, development, or maintenance of complex IT systems.
• Ability to collaborate and conduct agreements with IT system contractors.
• Knowledge of testing, acceptance, and launching processes for IT systems.
• Ability to create business analysis and technical and project documentation.
• Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML notations.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Developed analytical skills, ability to build relationships, independence, and effective work organization under time pressure.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the electricity market operation principles in Poland.
• Practical knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect (or similar solutions).
• Knowledge of rules for creating and using XSD schemas.

• Active participation in projects connected with the implementation and transformation of the CSIRE system.
• Analysis and evaluation of development initiatives and preparation of pre-implementation documentation.
• Coordination of activities related to implementing changes and monitoring their compliance with business, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Collaboration with IT system contractors in defining, agreeing on, and implementing changes.
• Substantive verification of project, analytical, and implementation documentation.
• Defining, gathering, and documenting functional requirements for IT systems.
• Identifying and recommending changes based on business needs, legislative changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Supporting testing, acceptance, and launching of new system versions.
• Preparing implementation documentation and procedures related to the functioning and development of CSIRE.
