Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. is seeking a Senior Specialist for application maintenance responsible for business applications operating in a high-availability environment.

• Higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar area
• Knowledge of Service Desk tools, JIRA, Confluence, or similar is welcomed
• Ability to work with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Basic understanding of web application architecture and API/system integration principles
• Knowledge of managing user access, roles, and permissions
• Experience collaborating with business and external suppliers on maintenance and development
• Ability to prepare instructions, procedures, and documentation
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and information protection in business systems
• Analytical thinking and independent problem diagnosis skills
• Understanding of license management and system documentation
• Good self-organization and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

• Maintain, administer, and develop assigned business applications in a high-availability environment
• Participate in development projects related to assigned applications
• Handle incidents and user requests
• Monitor system operations and integrations
• Test patches, changes, and new functionalities
• Create and update operational documentation
• Apply ITSM/ITIL processes knowledge
