Windows Engineer (End-user computing)

Sopra Steria is a major European technology company specializing in consulting, digital services, and software development. The Polish branch, operating as a Global Delivery Center in Katowice since 2007, employs about 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department focuses on cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup/storage, networking, and security, supporting multiple customers across Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration and macOS device management (preferred).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Good knowledge of SCCM administration, including software distribution and deployment.
• Proven experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience in application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Background working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage and support diverse endpoint ecosystems ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular visits to the Katowice office.

• Certified Application Packaging Specialist (CAPS)
• Jamf 100, 200, 300, and 400

• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Administer and continuously improve Jamf, Intune, and SCCM environments.
• Provide advanced 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Oversee application lifecycle management including packaging, deployment, updating, and retirement.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple customer teams and technical disciplines.
• Share knowledge to strengthen the broader EUC team.
• Support both operational delivery and strategic modernization initiatives.
