Business Intelligence Analyst (Bidding Platform)

RTB House is a global company providing state-of-the-art marketing technologies powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers worldwide to achieve outstanding results. The Bidding Platform organization processes over 20 million requests per second for real-time auctions and advertisement display across 90+ countries.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics.
• Knowledge and practical experience with relational databases, with Google BigQuery as a strong plus.
• Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Practical experience with creating data models and data exploration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

• Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
• Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects.
