System Analyst (Banking)

Scalo is engaged in delivering software projects and supporting its partners in business development across areas including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Higher education in relevant fields such as IT, mathematics, economics, or related.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Practical experience in requirement elicitation, structuring, and modeling.
• Understanding of IT technologies including API, databases, and system architectures.
• Experience in business modeling using use cases and prototyping.
• Very good command of MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English enabling communication in speech and writing.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking sector projects.
• Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or draw.io tools.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AI tools supporting analysis.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.

• Conduct feasibility analyses and evaluate solutions from business and technology standpoints.
• Gather, agree on, and analyze business requirements.
• Create functional and non-functional requirement specifications and ensure their quality.
• Model business processes using BPMN.
• Design use cases and sequence diagrams using UML.
• Prepare technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and agree on solutions.
• Perform activities in a hybrid mode with one day per week in the Warsaw office.

Service delivery mode: hybrid with one day per week presence at the Warsaw office. Budget up to 140 PLN/hour + VAT depending on experience and scope of services.
