System & User Support Specialist

TTMS is recruiting for a role focused on contract lifecycle management application support, involving business process optimization and technical troubleshooting.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Conga (Salesforce based) 201 CLM Essentials Administration Certificate
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
• Knowledge of SQL
• Ability to actively participate in business team discussions
• Ability to find solutions to business team needs
• Ability to provide level 1, 2, and 3 support

• Migrating documents from legacy applications like Salesforce or G-drive into the new contract lifecycle management application
• Creating and using secure Box Storage for legacy application data transfer
• Assisting business analysts in consultations about data structure and process creation in the new application
• Creating processes, email alerts, and user accounts in the new application
• Creating connections between Docusign and applications and administering Docusign accounts
• Coordinating the creation of SSO connections and certificate changes for the new application
• Coordinating setup of the plugin for Word 365 for the new application
• Handling level 1, 2, and 3 support tickets in ServiceNow, including data extraction, reporting, and bug investigation in workflows
• Testing applications, business processes, and integrations with electronic signature solutions and office productivity tools
• Escalating complex issues to vendor support and coordinating repairs
• Testing bug fixes by vendors in new and legacy applications
• Participating in user training and creating training materials and tutorials
• Considering senior grade responsibilities
