AI Technical Product Owner – Digital Workplace

• Deep expertise in AI and emerging technologies including generative AI, LLM-based solutions, AI agents, agentic architectures, orchestration, RAG/grounding, enterprise search, and AI integration patterns.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise architectures, data and knowledge integration, APIs/connectors, identity and access, security, privacy, and AI governance.
• Proven Product Owner/Product Management skills with ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and lead Agile/Scrum teams.
• Tactical and forward-looking perspective to anticipate technology evolution and connect opportunities across products.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution from AI strategy to backlog prioritization and delivery.
• Exceptional customer orientation and stakeholder management to influence and drive alignment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for effective engagement with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

• Shape and drive the AI direction across Digital Workplace, defining priorities, opportunities, and roadmaps.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to augment work, improve knowledge access, and enable new ways of working.
• Develop a cross-functional view of AI needs and reusable AI capabilities.
• Provide deep AI technical expertise on generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, RAG/grounding, enterprise search, AI platforms, APIs, and connectors.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, influencing strategic technology and architecture choices balancing innovation with scalability and security.
• Translate strategic direction into product vision, roadmaps, initiatives, epics, features, and prioritized backlogs.
• Drive Agile delivery as Product Owner, from discovery through MVP, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to orchestrate cross-functional AI initiatives ensuring coherent AI direction.
• Act as a customer-facing partner, leading discovery and co-creation translating challenges into AI opportunities.
• Build alignment across stakeholders including enterprise AI, architecture, engineering, data, security, privacy, legal, compliance, and business.
• Influence strategic and technical decisions through AI expertise, product judgment, and stakeholder management.
