Wymagania
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog
- Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with active AWS Certification preferred
- Proven experience with AWS CloudWatch and native AWS governance/monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for observability-as-code
- Experience in platform operations
- Practical interest or experience applying Machine Learning/AI to operational data (AIOps)
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical needs to senior management
Obowiązki
Your scope of activities:
- Observability & Telemetry Architecture
- Platform Harmonization: consolidation of fragmented monitoring tools into a single, unified control room
Your responsibilities:
- Audit and identify synergies and gaps in telemetry infrastructure and operational workflows
- Design a unified, scalable roadmap for monitoring, observability, and proactive alerting
- Implement "best cost" practices for tool rationalization and cloud spend optimization
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIOps) into the monitoring roadmap
- Drive migration, consolidation, and optimization of the observability toolset
- Define and evangelize modern Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies
- Shadow external consultants for knowledge transfer and take full ownership of the observability roadmap and platform governance
