AML Analyst (with German)

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in KYC/AML
• Fluent German language skills
• Analytical skills relevant to AML processes
• Knowledge of AML and KYC procedures

• Support services within the EU AML project for customer data remediation and update activities
• Timely, quality-assured, and auditable processing of customer portfolios according to client specifications
• Review customer records for completeness, accuracy, currency, and plausibility
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and clarification requirements
• Support follow-up and collection of missing information and documentation
• Process and document cases within prescribed systems, workflows, and procedures
• Monitor processing status, deadlines, open items, and escalations
• Execute quality assurance activities in line with established standards
• Prepare and maintain status reports, tracking lists, and management reporting
• Regularly coordinate with project management and relevant business units
• Deliver services based on provided work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards
• Ensure diligent, confidential, timely, and audit-compliant service delivery with full traceability
• Support the client in achieving project-related volume, quality, and timeline objectives
• No responsibility for policy decisions, regulatory interpretations, legally binding assessments, or technical system changes
