Analyst in Risk (Compliance) team

Accenture is a leading global professional services company specializing in digital core building, operational optimization, revenue growth acceleration, and citizen services enhancement. The role is within the Market Wide Risk Practice of the Industry and Enterprise Consulting, working on project delivery for clients in Risk Management sectors, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, and technological innovations.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or Change Management
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and market structure regulations, including MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR
• Knowledge of prudential and banking regulations such as BASEL III/IV, CRD V/VI, ICAAP
• Understanding of Capital Markets, including financial products, processes, and trade life cycles
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and actionable insights
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for communicating regulatory topics
• Initial project experience from technology, digital, or transformation initiatives
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of programming languages such as R, SAS, VBA, SQL, Python, Databricks
• French or German language skills
• Curiosity about AI applications in compliance and risk management
• Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CQF, and CFA

• Support regulatory change projects across frameworks such as EMIR, BASEL, DORA, MiFID II, and MiFIR
• Shape Accenture's thought capital on current and emerging Risk & Compliance topics
• Analyze complex regulatory issues and provide data-driven insights
• Assist clients in leveraging technological innovations to transform compliance and risk management functions
• Operate within a dynamic, international team primarily using English for communication

Candidates must be willing and able to work at client locations primarily across Europe and other locations for short or long term.
