End-User Support Engineer

EPAM's Krakow office is growing and seeks an End-User Support Engineer to join the team.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in a similar function
• Familiarity with Network Fundamentals and Troubleshooting for connectivity issues
• Proven experience in Windows Endpoint Administration including workstation configuration and upkeep
• Basic understanding of IT Service Operations Fundamentals
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune Support Essentials for device and endpoint management
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving abilities
• Genuine interest in new technology and adaptability to unfamiliar situations
• Ability to maintain focus and performance under pressure
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Willingness to follow direction from immediate manager

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with MacOS and Linux environments
• Knowledge of Remote Access Tools for remote system support

• Assist end users through both face-to-face and remote support channels at the site
• Configure and install computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanning equipment
• Coordinate with external service providers and network engineering teams to tackle technical issues
• Maintain meeting rooms and equipment through routine care
• Verify ticket resolution complies with established SLA commitments and timelines
• Manage software installation and troubleshoot related issues
• Handle incident tickets from creation to closure
• Conduct regular maintenance within the server room to ensure system performance
• Maintain organized IT equipment cabling
• Follow documented IT Work Instructions for daily tasks
• Maintain accurate and updated hardware inventory records
