Senior Mobile QA Engineer (Android)

P&P Solutions is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to support a project involving testing software integrated with mobile devices. The project is remote with occasional visits to the office in Warszawa and has a duration of about 9 months.

• Experience as a Senior QA Engineer or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques.
• Practical experience testing mobile applications on the Android system.
• Experience performing regression and exploratory testing.
• Ability to test integration between system components and verify updates and version compatibility.
• Skill in creating test cases and thorough defect reporting.
• Self-reliance, good work organization, and priority setting.
• Good communication skills and experience working with technical and business teams.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of test automation.
• Ability to identify scenarios suitable for automation.
• Familiarity with Kotlin and Appium.
• Experience in direct communication with stakeholders and a consultative approach to QA.

• Planning, preparing, and executing manual tests for Android mobile applications.
• Designing and updating test cases and test scenarios.
• Conducting functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Verifying integration between the mobile app and other system components and devices.
• Testing software updates and compatibility between different app and system versions.
• Identifying, analyzing, and accurately reporting defects.
• Documenting test results and monitoring reported defects.
• Collaborating with development and business teams to clarify requirements and prioritize bugs.
• Supporting the team in improving testing processes and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
