HR Technology Project Manager (AI and Automation)

Helprise is an organization that combines global reach with local talent and is currently entering a new phase of HR digital transformation, implementing a roadmap of automation and AI use cases across recruitment, employee documentation, case management, and people analytics.

• Strong experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, ideally in HR digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi-system programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Understanding of HR Tech ecosystems, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot.
• Experience delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent governance and delivery skills including planning, RAID management, reporting, and steering preparation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across HR, IT, Data, and external partners.
• Ability to work in a structured, execution-focused environment with predefined scope and approach.
• Comfort with fast-paced delivery, multiple workstreams, and iterative implementation.

• Execute the AI & Automation delivery roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of all defined use cases.
• Drive project and program governance, including planning, milestones, RAID logs, steering updates and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Data, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks and blockers, escalating when needed and ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of automation solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, DocuSign/Scrive, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot.
• Ensure readiness for go-live, including testing, documentation, training, change management and cutover coordination.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure delivery according to scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress and report status, providing transparent updates to leadership and ensuring delivery discipline.
• Support adoption and operationalisation of implemented automation and AI solutions across HR teams.
