Senior Service Designer, Food Systems & Fulfillment

HelloFresh's HelloTech organisation is a global technology backbone with more than 1000 people building digital products that power end-to-end food experiences. HelloTech creates platforms for meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, specialty offerings like pet food and premium meat & seafood, used across markets with a modern tech stack and international teams.

• 4+ years of product design experience, particularly in enterprise or B2B contexts.
• Proven experience applying structured service design methodologies such as Definition Sprints, AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, and Service Blueprinting.
• Experience leading design projects, providing technical guidance, and driving quality standards.
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful enterprise experiences with high craft execution.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, UX writing, and UI design.
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with prototyping and service design tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English to clearly articulate complex concepts.

• Conduct strategic Definition Sprints to uncover user needs and define technical next steps.
• Map AS-IS enterprise processes and design optimized TO-BE workflows within the Food Systems Alliance.
• Provide technical guidance in service design and prototyping methodologies to other enterprise designers.
• Analyze user journeys and workflows for Recipe Developers, Menu Planners, and Buyers.
• Develop and align design concepts and prototypes with the Enterprise Design System.
• Establish partnerships with Product Leads, engineers, and researchers to elevate UX solutions.
• Provide technical support to designers demonstrating craft excellence in enterprise UI/UX solutions.
• Create UX/UI flows addressing complex enterprise problems with user-centric solutions.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams using structured storytelling methods.
