The teams develop digital products for clients from Northern Europe focusing on quality and long-term cooperation. They work on modern digital services, AI & data platforms, commerce and retail, sustainability & energy, and business platforms. The company develops web platforms, business process support systems, and data- and AI-based solutions, primarily using Microsoft Azure, including technologies such as .NET, TypeScript, React, Databricks, Python/PySpark, and Power BI.
Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Data Engineer or related roles
- Strong knowledge of data platform architecture and end-to-end solution design
- Practical experience building solutions using Databricks with Python/PySpark, or modern data platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse
- Experience designing and developing scalable data platforms
- Proven technical leadership in teams, initiatives, or projects
- Ability to conduct technical conversations with clients and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience with data governance, security, and cost optimization
- Background in Software Engineering
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
- Experience with Microsoft's Azure technologies and .NET cloud services
- Familiarity with AI-supported development environments, agentic programming, and Model Context Protocol
Obowiązki
- Co-create the development direction of Data Engineering capabilities at Forte
- Design architecture for modern data platforms and end-to-end solutions for new projects
- Support teams in making technical and architectural decisions
- Mentor Data Engineers and share knowledge internally
- Participate in presales, client workshops, and recommend technical solutions
- Define standards and best practices in Data Engineering
- Design and implement reliable, scalable data processing pipelines
- Develop and optimize data platforms for performance, cost, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and technical leaders across the organization
- Track new technologies and initiate innovative solutions

The recruitment process consists of two remote interviews, each lasting 1.5 hours, including technical and non-technical parts.
