Systems Integration, Test and Deployment Engineer - TETRA/Dimetra

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska is hiring Systems Integration, Test and Deployment Engineer to join their Systems Integration team, working on TETRA/Dimetra systems with responsibilities including system-level integration, validation, and deployment at customer sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information and Communications Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
• Solid understanding of IP networks (IPv4), routing protocols, TCP/IP, and RF signaling in telecommunications.
• Familiarity with operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows 10/11, Windows Server.
• Willingness and readiness to travel domestically and internationally for deployment projects (approx. 60-70% travel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional representation, and ability to work under pressure onsite.
• Proficient in English.

Additional skills that will be an advantage:

• Experience building IP networks and configuring network devices.
• Experience with servers hosting Linux OS.
• Network traffic analysis skills with Wireshark.
• Advanced telecommunications knowledge.
• ISTQB certification.

• Analyze system requirements for Dimetra systems operating within the TETRA standard and design comprehensive test scenarios.
• Execute functional system-level tests, analyze results, debug applications and interfaces, and troubleshoot protocol stacks.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate certified Dimetra features, system updates, and infrastructure into live environments on customer sites.
• Conduct final acceptance testing (SAT/FAT) and validation on customer's infrastructure.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and system tuning during deployment using various debugging and analysis tools.
• Prepare system configurations for Transport Network, Base Stations, Core Servers, software applications, interfaces, and mobile subscribers for lab and system-level tests.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients during roll-out phase.
• Collaborate with internal Architects, System Designers, and development teams.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and balance manual testing with developing automated tests using AI.
