Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

The role is within their Intelligent Automation practice in Wroclaw.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
• Deep expertise in BA frameworks (e.g., BABOK), advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling using BPMN/UML, Jira, Visio
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects including classic web/backend and automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges in high ambiguity environments
• Hands-on experience or theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

Nice to have:

• UiPath foundational certifications or hands-on experience
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma
• Active interest in emerging AI trends and modern development methodologies
• Knowledge of Process Engineering

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating ambiguous business needs into functional specifications
• Act as primary consultant to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and managing priorities
• Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows including human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
• Drive use case discovery and engineer comprehensive requirements for advanced intelligent solutions such as GenAI, Large Language Models, and RAG architectures
• Proactively expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through advanced training and professional certifications
