Wymagania
- 3+ years experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting
- Deep expertise in BA frameworks (e.g., BABOK), elicitation, traceability, modelling (BPMN, UML, Jira, Visio)
- Strong understanding bridging business and technical teams across various projects including automation
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English proficiency level B2+
- Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise issues
- Hands-on or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, foundational architectures (LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, AI validation)
Nice to have:
- Foundational certifications or hands-on experience with UiPath as Automation Business Analyst Associate
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma
- Active interest in AI trends, emerging tools, and development methodologies
- Knowledge of process engineering
Obowiązki
- Lead requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects: eliciting, prioritizing, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Act as primary consultant to client stakeholders up to C-level; facilitate workshops and manage priorities
- Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows encompassing human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
- Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for advanced intelligent solutions such as Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Continuously expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through training and certifications
