Wymagania

Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
Deep expertise in business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK), advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling techniques including BPMN, UML, Jira, and Visio
Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects, including automation
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English proficiency minimum B2
Structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset for complex enterprise challenges
Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, foundational architectures like LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

Nice to have:

Foundational certifications or hands-on experience with UiPath (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate)
Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools
Active interest in cutting-edge AI trends and modern development methodologies
Knowledge of Process Engineering

Obowiązki

Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating business needs into functional specifications
Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders (up to C-level), facilitating workshops and managing priorities
Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven)
Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for intelligent solutions such as Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
Expand expertise in emerging AI technologies via training and certifications
