Wymagania

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in banking or financial institutions
Experience working with digital products or banking systems
Ability to create and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions
Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions based on business value, data, and user needs
Knowledge of product and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with various stakeholders
Independence, responsibility for tasks, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level to work in an international environment

Develop products and services related to debit cards and credit cards
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements
Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
Collaborate with project, development, UX/UI teams, analysts, and business stakeholders
Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings related to product development
Monitor progress to ensure achievement of set goals, scope, and deadlines
Analyze data, user feedback, and business results for continuous product enhancement
Support the team in decision-making regarding product scope and direction
