• Higher education, preferably in mathematics or computer science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in financial or banking sectors
• Very good practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of Python for analyzing large datasets and building predictive models
• Analytical thinking, inquisitiveness, creativity, clear presentation of analysis results
• Strong goal orientation and time management skills
• Good communication with technical and business teams, ability to present complex analysis results understandably to non-technical persons

• Analyze CRM data to identify behaviors and preferences of credit customers
• Analyze effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns
• Create recommendations based on analysis results to increase bank product production and improve marketing campaign efficiency
• Participate in prediction processes of new production and customer behavior from the active credit product portfolio
• Participate in price personalization for credit customers and control implementation of pricing on production
• Develop analytical CRM techniques and tools
• Collaborate with other bank departments including product, sales, marketing, and credit risk
