FinCrime Risk Manager (Wealth & Trading)

• 5+ years as an anti-money laundering SME in risk advisory or control teams within the first line of defence
• Experience with AML advisory in retail and business banking or fintech products
• In-depth knowledge of AML typologies, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks
• Experience conducting risk assessments, identifying control gaps, and driving remediation
• Proactive and pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills and ability to engage cross-disciplinary stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with wealth and trading processes and products

• Design and implement robust AML controls for Wealth & Trading aligned with regulatory requirements and scalable globally
• Provide AML advisory on new products, jurisdictions, and features
• Support audit and regulatory engagements by articulating Revolut’s control frameworks
• Perform control testing and quality assurance to validate AML controls effectiveness
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure AML controls are effective and customer-centric
• Identify control issues that may negatively impact customers and recommend improvements
• Maintain AML management information dashboards and documentation to support governance and transparency
