Mid/Senior Unreal Programmer

Chronospace is a game studio from the Trójmiasto area with released titles such as Aviators and Gra Szyfrów. They are currently working on multiple gaming and educational projects including their ambitious title War Mechanic. The company practices knowledge sharing across teams with code reviews, meetings, and joint brainstorming sessions.

• Strong production-level C++ skills
• Practical experience with Unreal Engine 4 and/or Unreal Engine 5: Gameplay Framework (Actor, Component, GAS), C++/Blueprint integration, basic replication
• Experience in full game production cycle from preproduction to shipping and postrelease
• Basic knowledge of UE character systems: Animation Blueprint, physics, animation integration with gameplay, Sequencer
• Communicative English (B2+) for documentation, code reviews, and technical conversations

Nice to have:

• Experience with Niagara FX, ChaosDestruction, Lumen, or other new UE5 systems
• Profiling and performance improvements using Unreal Insights, RenderDoc, custom stat groups
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams

• Program gameplay systems in C++ and Blueprints from concept to playable build testing
• Take ownership of specific game areas such as minigames, character animation, physics, interactions, or AI
• Co-develop tools and pipelines to facilitate designers and artists
• Participate in production and team meetings and share knowledge with mid- and junior developers
