Senior Full Stack Tech Lead – Cybersecurity & AI Integration

Our client is a global leader in cybersecurity technology focused on building AI-powered solutions for digital resilience. The role is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model.

• Over 7 years of experience delivering production services with expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party security tools.
• Solid knowledge of microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab, Linux administration, and core networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL and complex query development.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical delivery and mentoring.
• Experience building AI-enabled software using ML/NLP, LLM-based components, or AI workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Cybersecurity engineering background (SAST/DAST, penetration testing, threat detection).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), Terraform, monitoring tools (Prometheus), or service mesh knowledge.
• Front-end skills beyond HTML/JavaScript, e.g., React.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Lead technical design and delivery of microservices and integrations in an agile/DevSecOps environment.
• Perform hands-on development across backend, pipelines, and automation.
• Architect and evolve microservices supporting cyber use cases like threat detection and vulnerability management.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Drive incident troubleshooting, release discipline, documentation, and service monitoring.
• Develop AI-enabled features for triage, anomaly detection, and automation workflows.
• Establish standards for secure AI coding, data handling, and testing.
• Embed best practices, patterns, and reusable components for the squad.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, design reviews, and feedback.
