Lead Engineer – Saviynt IGA Implementation & Operations

Grant Thornton Global Delivery Center Poland (GDC) delivers audit, tax, and advisory services as part of the Grant Thornton International Ltd network across more than 150 markets worldwide. The GDC supports multinational platform operations with aligned standards, technology, and delivery expectations, enabling collaboration across countries and markets.

• 7–9 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt.
• Proven experience with enterprise implementations.
• Strong technical expertise in REST APIs, SQL, Identity Lifecycle Management, Role Management, Certification Frameworks, Segregation of Duties (SoD) Governance, and Cloud Identity Services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Saviynt Certified Professional.
• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Exposure to M&A identity integration programs.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity Security frameworks.

• Architect and implement JML Workflows, RBAC Frameworks, Access Certification Programs, SoD Frameworks, and Role Engineering Models.
• Drive platform optimization and automation.

Operations Leadership:

• Provide L3/L4 escalation support.
• Manage platform health, performance, and resilience.
• Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics.
• Lead problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technology & Innovation:

• Drive API-led integrations.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate emerging identity security capabilities.

People Leadership:

• Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers.
• Conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
