Staff Engineer (Manager)

• 10–15 years of experience in full-stack development and technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in system design, architecture, and engineering governance.
• Proven leadership of multiple teams or large-scale systems.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Experience building enterprise-scale platforms and products.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps transformation.
• Experience in matrixed or global organizations.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, or audit-related platforms.

AI / GenAI Engineering Skills:

• Define AI system architecture for multi-agent platforms, AI services, and enterprise copilots.
• Design agentic frameworks using LangGraph, tool routing, and orchestration models.
• Own large-scale RAG architecture including ingestion pipelines, evaluation loops, and retrieval optimization.
• Establish context engineering standards including memory strategies and tool grounding.
• Manage Azure AI Foundry model lifecycle, cost controls, reliability, and scaling.
• Integrate MCP-based architectures for consistent context and tooling.
• Drive adoption of M365 Copilot Studio with extensibility and governance.
• Define best practices for LLM observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Review and approve AI architecture decisions across teams.

Frontend:

• Define and standardize frontend architecture and scalable UI frameworks across teams.

Backend:

• Lead backend architecture with advanced expertise in the Python ecosystem.
• Use Django and FastAPI for enterprise systems and API-driven architecture.
• Design distributed systems and API ecosystems.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security.

Cloud Services:

• Manage Azure cloud architecture and system scaling.
• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Utilize Redis for caching and performance optimization.
