Senior System Analyst (ERP and Integration)

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for the LPP Group, supporting brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay. They build systems and integration processes aiding logistics and e-commerce, connecting sales platforms with ERP and warehouse systems. The team focuses on using AI and modern technologies to deliver value for millions of users daily within an Agile, AI-first environment.

• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis, IT system design, or a technical role close to development.
• Understanding of integrations: REST, SOAP, ESB, and data flow analysis in distributed architectures.
• Experience modeling systems using Enterprise Architect or similar tools, proficient in UML and BPMN.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for independent data analysis and writing complex analytical queries.
• Ability to create clear documentation such as web service specifications, AS-IS/TO-BE process descriptions, diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting analytical and technical work, including AI assistants in IDE and CLI, MCP, and safe AI usage for code, data, documentation analysis, and task automation.
• Responsibility, independence, and good collaboration skills with development teams, QA, architects, and Engineering Managers.
• Proficient Polish (C1) and English (B2) language skills.
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the Gdańsk or Warsaw office.

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, WMS, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and communication patterns in distributed systems.
• Experience with ESB integration layers and messaging brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Mentoring experience or leading junior analysts.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Verify and refine business requirements for Marketplace solutions and translate them into system requirements and technical proposals.
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes, indicating impacts on systems, integrations, and data.
• Develop system requirements and acceptance criteria, co-creating technical solutions with Agentic Engineers and architects.
• Create and maintain analytical and technical documentation in Enterprise Architect, modeling processes, data flows, and system behaviors using UML.
• Analyze and design synchronous and asynchronous integrations involving REST, SOAP, ESB, internal systems, and external partners.
• Analyze data in relational databases.
• Assess edge cases, identify inconsistencies, risks, and bottlenecks, proposing integration flow improvements.
• Utilize AI tools for code, data, and documentation analysis and task automation, ensuring data protection compliance.
• Collaborate with business users, key users, project managers, architects, testers, and external partners.
• Develop analysis standards and ensure solution quality.
