IT Agile Project Manager (Epic Delivery Owner)

• Good business and technical understanding from infrastructure and/or application development projects with interpersonal skills to influence project sponsors/clients.
• Proven experience leading medium to large projects across all lifecycle stages including requirements, design, build, testing, acceptance, and launch.
• Experience managing project financials using MS Excel, ServiceNow, or Clarity.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment collaborating with Scrum teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Skilled in using project planning tools such as MS Project and Agile governance tools like MS Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ability to produce progress reports and document risks, issues, and decisions efficiently.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects and/or having a technical background.

Nice to have:

• Certification or relevant experience in Agile Project Management (e.g., Prince2 Agile or PMI ACP).
• Experience in banking/financial markets, especially knowledge of settlement of bonds and/or equities.

• Lead development of project proposals and plans including timeframe, budget, and resource requirements collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical experts.
• Analyze project requirements with business analysts, product owners, technical experts, and architects, evaluating feasibility within predefined strategy.
• Support, motivate, and challenge delivery squads to deliver projects on time and budget from initiation to transition to BAU.
• Oversee technical, organizational, management, and financial aspects of projects, defining governance, scope, and responsibilities.
• Report project progress to sponsors, senior management, and clients using tools like ServiceNow, dashboards, and presentations.
• Negotiate and manage changes in project specifications, budget, or scope with sponsors/clients, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Remove project impediments, manage conflicting interests, negotiate inputs, and proactively identify risks and issues.
• Work with stakeholders and wider teams to continuously improve quality and productivity, ensuring adherence to Euroclear Agile methodology, standards, and guidelines.
• Prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects.
