Senior Product Owner / Product Manager

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product development
• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role
• Practical experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Strong knowledge in at least one area: domestic and international payments, accounts, cash management, payment cards, order processing, data exchange
• Ability to manage full product lifecycle from discovery to implementation
• Experience in building product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Knowledge of API and system integration
• Experience with enterprise-grade systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience defining KPIs and product data analysis
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations, AML, security, and risk management
• Experience with implementing or using AI/LLM solutions
