ERP Programme Lead - Retail & Consumer Products

• 10+ years experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes
• Proven delivery of multiple full lifecycle SAP programmes, including ECC and S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts
• Experience leading programmes from discovery, business case and roadmap development through to deployment and stabilisation
• Strong knowledge of SAP transformation approaches: Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders, governance, programme planning, risks, dependencies, and teams
• Experience managing System Integrators, third-party partners, and programme commercials
• Strong consulting or client-facing background with value-based proposition articulation and proposal leadership
• Experience working in global delivery environments including offshore teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing programme team members
• Retail industry experience preferred
