This role supports a SAP customer undergoing a transformation to modernize and scale its Jira-based backlog and test management platforms.
Wymagania
- 3+ years administering Atlassian JIRA in enterprise environments
- Expertise with Jira Automation, JMWE, and Xray Test Management
- Knowledge of Structure for Jira boards and reports configuration
- Proficiency in Python scripting and REST API integrations
- Experience troubleshooting application configuration and integration issues
- Experience with incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with cloud migration processes including app gap analysis and re-platforming
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Obowiązki
- Support end-user requests following operational guidelines
- Maintain and extend automation rules using Jira Automation
- Develop and manage workflows using Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE)
- Manage Xray Test Management configurations and permissions
- Configure and support Structure for Jira boards and reports
- Troubleshoot configuration or integration issues
- Develop Python scripts and REST API integrations for custom reporting and automation
- Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Support cloud migration initiatives, including app gap analysis and re-platforming
