Manager ds. nadzoru właścicielskiego (K/M/X)

Comarch is undergoing a major structural transformation to create clear and tailored procedures for the entire capital group. The role involves acting as the main liaison between Comarch S.A. and its subsidiaries in Poland and worldwide, connecting legal, financial, operational, and M&A areas, and building process architecture from scratch.

• Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment in areas like Corporate Operations, PMO, ownership supervision, board services, Legal Operations, or managing interdisciplinary projects in an international capital group.
• Higher education, preferably in Management, Finance and Accounting, Law, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
• Fluent English enabling daily cooperation with international units and local service providers.

• Act as the main liaison between Comarch S.A. and group companies (Polish and international) and internal support departments including legal, tax, finance, HR, IT, and real estate.
• Coordinate corporate processes such as capital increases, changes in company bodies and representation, changes of registered offices, company establishment and liquidation.
• Create, develop, and maintain a central knowledge base/register of subsidiaries including ownership structure, registry data, board composition, representation limits, key contracts, and local tax/reporting requirements.
• Monitor local requirements and deadlines (e.g., shareholders meetings) in cooperation with local service providers and internal experts.
• Ensure smooth document flow such as obtaining signatures, legalization/apostille of documents, and coordination of translations.
