Wymagania
- Excellent professional language skills in German and English (C2 level)
- Strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus
- Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week between 07:00 – 21:00, on specified shifts
- Legal right to live and work in Poland without visa sponsorship
- Relevant professional experience within the travel industry, including client advising and travel booking
Additional requirements for home office option:
- Located in Poland
- Secure, distraction-free home office
- Minimum internet speeds verified during recruitment and upon joining
Obowiązki
- Advising premium cardholder clients by phone and email in German or French and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
- Advising and facilitating unique travel experiences passionately
- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
