Podsumowanie oferty

As a Data & AI Manager and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) subject matter expert in the Consumer & Retail practice, you will shape client strategies by working across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence functions. You will own the strategy framing, challenge assumptions, and coordinate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to ensure strategic commercial viability. You will focus on problems such as pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, net revenue management, assortment, and GenAI-enabled RGM solutions. This role centers on being the trusted partner driving RGM strategy rather than hands-on model development.

Wymagania

Deep RGM expertise with hands-on experience in pricing, promotion, trade spend, or mix strategy with measurable business impact, gained in industry or consulting.
Proven ability to build credibility and long-term relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence.
Strong consulting skills including structured problem-solving and executive-level communication.
Data and AI literacy to define data and modeling requirements and translate between commercial and technical audiences.
End-to-end experience from strategy through delivery and adoption, with reflective understanding of successes and failures.
Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in driving clients to outcomes.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with RGM/pricing platforms (e.g., Revionics, Pricefx, Blue Yonder, Impact Analytics, PROS) or major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Experience with advanced analytics or GenAI patterns applied to pricing and promotion (elasticity models, optimization, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation).
Knowledge of enterprise platforms common in Consumer & Retail environments (SAP, Salesforce, TPM/TPO systems).
Experience in data governance or designing target operating models for commercial functions.

Obowiązki

Be the client's RGM subject matter expert and build trusted ongoing relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence stakeholders.
Shape the strategy by facilitating discovery and translating competing priorities into a clear, prioritized RGM strategy.
Build the business case by sizing RGM opportunities, structuring investment cases, and securing leadership sign-off.
Brief Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects with requirements and commercial guardrails, holding solutions accountable.
Own value tracking to ensure the strategy is adopted as working practices across Sales, Marketing, and ComEx.
Contribute to RGM proposals, presales, and EPAM's point of view on Revenue Growth Management.

Opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with up to 60 days remote work within Poland and business-driven relocation opportunities.
