QA Automation Engineer (Java/TypeScript)

• Minimum 4 years experience in software test automation
• Higher education, preferably technical
• Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and good practices
• Very good knowledge of programming languages Java and TypeScript
• Very good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST Assured, Allure Report, Jenkins, Maven, and Playwright
• Very good knowledge of version control systems: Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of supporting tools: Jira, Confluence, SQL Developer, SoapUI, Postman, and Excel
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• English language proficiency enabling usage of technical documentation and project communication
• Analytical thinking, self-organization, accuracy in service delivery
• Communication skills, proactivity, openness to development of test automation tools and methods

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AWS, Datadog, or Appium
• ISTQB certification

• Preparing automated test scripts based on project documentation and team input
• Analyzing and preparing test data according to scenarios
• Executing automated tests and reporting results following established procedures
• Analyzing test reports, identifying irregularities, and reporting bugs
• Developing and maintaining existing test automation scripts and CI/CD process configurations
• Configuring automated test execution environments
• Implementing and improving methods, methodologies, and tools supporting testing processes
• Creating and updating automated test documentation in electronic knowledge base
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure software quality

Model of service delivery: 100% remote; project budget up to 110 PLN/hour + VAT depending on experience and scope of services.
