• Minimum 2 years of programming experience in any language.
• Interest in AI and willingness to continuously expand knowledge in this area.
• Experience in building distributed IT systems.
• Ability to create ML models solving specific problems.
• Experience working with relational SQL databases.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Python, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Hugging Face platform.
• Knowledge of ML and NLP technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery.
• Familiarity with CD and monitoring tools like ArgoCD, Zabbix, Grafana.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like React.

• Creating, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions to support key business processes.
• Analyzing data, including conversational data, using NLP and data science techniques.
• Testing and analyzing models and services for organizational applicability.
• Documenting processes, methods, and results; presenting reports and conclusions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders including business and IT teams.
• Monitoring and implementing new AI trends and technologies.
• Promoting AI usage within the Invia CEE x Travelplanet.pl x Wakacje.pl group.
