Senior UX/UI Designer

LinkGroup is recruiting for a role focused on complex planning tools used in a large retail environment, supporting operational planning and commercial initiatives such as store openings, expansions, and space planning.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer on complex digital products.
• Experience designing for enterprise, retail, space planning, operational tools, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, and design systems.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
• Ability to balance MVP delivery with a coherent long-term product experience.
• Confidence working with diverse user groups, from operational users to specialist planning teams.
• Ability to translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into practical design solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data-rich, spatial, planning, or 3D-enabled workflows.
• Experience designing products for retail, store operations, expansion planning, supply chain, or commercial planning.
• Experience improving existing complex products and designing new experiences from scratch.
• Interest in AI-assisted design, prototyping, and software development workflows.

• Design intuitive and scalable planning experiences for various user journeys and operational contexts.
• Lead user-centred discovery by collecting input from users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Plan and conduct research, map end-to-end journeys, identify pain points, and translate insights into design priorities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and prototypes of various fidelity levels.
• Test and validate concepts with users, using feedback to continuously improve solutions.
• Simplify complex planning workflows involving business rules, spatial constraints, product data, and 3D/data-rich environments.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Leaders, and other UX professionals.
• Support creation of reusable design patterns and contribute to a consistent design foundation.
• Work with design systems and reusable components to enable scalability across future product areas.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted design and development workflows to improve speed, quality, or collaboration.
