Technology Risk Management and AI Governance Senior Consultant

The Technology GRC Team at PwC helps organisations design, implement, and optimise governance, risk, and compliance frameworks with emphasis on technology enablement. They deliver enterprise risk management programmes, deploy GRC platforms, and run technology-focused internal audit engagements, working with C-suites, Boards, and risk leaders across industries.

• University degree in business, IT, risk management, data science, information management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technology risk, AI governance, compliance, regulatory advisory, or related areas.
• Knowledge of AI-related regulations and standards, including the AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, or NIST AI RMF.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance and business solutions.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work such as task automation and content creation.
• Experience coordinating project activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish.
• Proficiency in using digital technologies and AI-based tools daily.

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications such as CISA, AIGP, or ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
• Knowledge of sector-specific regulations in financial services, energy, healthcare.
• Previous experience in Big 4 or management consulting.
• Experience in risk management, audit, compliance, data governance, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and control design.
• German language skills (B2 or higher).

• Deliver projects related to technology governance, risk management, and compliance focused on AI across various industries.
• Support organisations in implementing AI and technology-related regulatory requirements including the AI Act and industry standards.
• Monitor developments in AI, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape, translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and client-facing materials on technology, risk, and governance topics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across PwC and client organisations.
• Support Managers in business development activities, proposal preparation, and new service offerings.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the PwC EMEA region to align business development with firm objectives.

The position requires fluency in English (C1) and Polish. German language skills (B2 or higher) are nice to have.
