• At least 2 years experience as a Project Manager in an IT company
• Product-focused mindset with ability to identify product needs and support growth
• Fluent English (C1) and Polish (C1)
• Strong responsibility and independence
• Experience with Jira
• Experience managing web and mobile applications
• Good organization and prioritization skills
• Experience managing teams (6-8 members)
• Ability to negotiate with clients and developers
• Creative problem solving in projects and client communication
• Ability to gather customer feedback and communicate it to developers
• Experience managing budgets
• Ability to make decisions and work under time pressure
• Use of AI tools in daily work and critical evaluation of their outputs
• Interest in HealthTech and readiness to work on projects requiring quality, compliance, and patient impact
