Wymagania

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in UX design, including complex large-scale digital products
Documented experience designing mobile applications, knowledge of iOS and Android platform guidelines and mobile design specifics
Experience in telecommunications or related sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, or subscription services
Practical knowledge of discovery processes and research methods
Ability to conduct design workshops
Good knowledge of design patterns, User Centered Design principles, and WCAG accessibility standards
Advanced practical knowledge of Figma
Practical experience using AI tools in the design process (prototyping, analysis, solution exploration)
Experience working in Agile environments and interdisciplinary teams
Independence, proactivity, and responsibility for own domain
Ability to deliver solutions in complex corporate environments
Portfolio demonstrating design process, not just final screens

Obowiązki

Lead the discovery phase: user research, needs analysis, problem and hypothesis formulation
Organize and conduct design workshops with business and IT stakeholders
Design UX solutions such as user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes using GenAI tools
Design self-service processes and purchase journeys focusing on user needs and conversion
Test and validate solutions for usability, accessibility, and compliance with business and technical requirements
Ensure digital accessibility according to WCAG 2.1 or newer
Develop and maintain product consistency based on design systems
Actively participate in defining business requirements and product development strategy
Collaborate daily with product owners, analysts, developers, and other designers
Present design concepts, justify decisions, and formulate recommendations at various organizational levels
Engage in long-term collaboration on a B2B contract
