Junior Full Stack Agentic Developer

Telemedi is a leader in telemedicine, providing thousands of remote doctor consultations daily across over 20 global markets with a team of more than 500 general practitioners. The company leverages advanced digital healthcare solutions, AI, telemedicine, automated triage, medical device monitoring, and API integrations. Key clients include major insurance and healthcare companies such as AXA, Allianz, Generali, and PZU.

• Strong engineering fundamentals: network and HTTP, databases and transactions, algorithm complexity, concurrency, and data structures.
• Up-to-date practical knowledge of agentic development concepts such as context engineering, subagents, MCP, skills, hooks, and parallel agents.
• Own and explain a personal agentic development setup, including CLAUDE.md, rules, and commands.
• Experience building AI-assisted projects: applications, MCP servers, agents, automations, with ability to analyze and fix issues.
• Ability to understand and explain code generated by AI and judge its trustworthiness.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, SQL, and Git.
• Persistence in problem solving and self-driven learning.
• Fluent Polish and English sufficient for reading technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Publicly published own projects (GitHub, blog, working demo).
• Experience with Claude Agent SDK, LLM evaluations, React, PHP, Docker, n8n.

• Work on backend, frontend, databases, infrastructure, and integrations across the system.
• Collaborate directly with business owners and internal teams including sales, operations, and customer service.
• Take initiative in identifying issues and proposing solutions without waiting for tickets.
• Own every line of AI-generated code and be able to explain it.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and improve team workflows with new agentic development tools and methods.
• Deliver features end-to-end on a live system serving thousands daily.
• Diagnose production problems from monitoring symptoms to code cause.
