Full Stack Agentic Developer (Mid / Senior)

Their technology includes telemedicine, AI, automated triage, medical devices monitoring, and API integrations, serving key global players in insurance, healthcare, and finance.

• Solid engineering foundations including knowledge of networking, databases, concurrency, complexity, and design patterns
• Experience in both backend and frontend development across various frameworks with rapid adaptability
• System design thinking, understanding data flows, bottlenecks, and trade-offs
• Strong problem solving with hypothesis testing and data verification
• High initiative demonstrated by independently starting projects
• Proficiency working with AI coding agents, capable of delegating tasks and validating outputs
• Portfolio showcasing agent-related projects such as MCP servers, agent workflows, or effective automation
• Deep understanding of relational databases and their production considerations
• Fluent in Polish and technical English

Nice to have:

• Experience with PHP/Symfony, React, TypeScript, Claude Agent SDK, n8n, Kubernetes, Datadog
• Experience handling sensitive data (medical, insurance)

• Develop end-to-end functions: backend, frontend, database, and integrations on a live system
• Design solutions spanning multiple services and diagnose complex production issues
• Build the agent layer including context for agents, MCP tools integration with Datadog, Jira, Slack, CI, implementing guardrails, and AI code evaluation
• Automate repetitive tasks using n8n, CI/CD pipelines, and scripts
