Senior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages)
• Proficient in C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable with PowerShell, Bash, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Experience with Azure Integration services including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integrations into business workflows
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions balancing configuration vs customization with a cost/value mindset
• Analytical and adaptable, comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments
• Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, AI-102, AB-100) are a strong plus
• Ability to influence technical direction and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions within Agile teams
• Extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization including plugins, PCF, and custom connectors
• Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems
• Champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach
