Wymagania
- Extensive experience in SAP implementations with at least one full end-to-end rollout including design, testing, and go-live
- Deep functional expertise across multiple SAP modules
- Proven experience leading S/4HANA transformation projects from blueprint to go-live
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in SAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German knowledge is a strong plus
- Ability to work in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities)
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models
- German language proficiency
Obowiązki
- Lead the functional design and architecture of S/4HANA transformation projects across all core modules (F2M, D2S, P2P, H2R etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
- Define project scope, process flows, and system configurations aligning with SAP best practices
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development
- Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders ensuring alignment on functional and technical aspects
- Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle
- Mentor and guide functional consultants across modules for quality delivery and knowledge growth
