Wymagania
- 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis with a solid grasp of core frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and integration of business analysis into software development and deployment
- Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
- UiPath foundational certifications or hands-on experience considered a major advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly proactive attitude, coachability, and desire to learn emerging technologies
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2 minimum) with strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques, such as prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), or natural language processing (NLP)
Obowiązki
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
- Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development
- Actively participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
- Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency
