EC Engineering Sp. z o.o. is hiring a leader for their AI team based in Kraków, Poland. The company focuses on AI solutions that support business growth, including document processing systems, intelligent workflows, and applications based on large language models (LLM) such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.

• Completed higher education, preferably in technical fields.
• Very good knowledge of Python and libraries: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Independence in selecting tools and technological approaches.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with containerization (docker, kubernetes).

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLM/RAG.
• Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph.
• Knowledge of vector databases.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in image processing (Computer Vision) and document processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in business development and leading scientific clubs.

• Designing and developing solutions in the areas of ML, LLM, and automation.
• Providing substantive supervision of the AI team (ML / Data Science / automation).
• Managing projects carried out by the team including planning, setting KPIs, and ensuring quality.
• Coordinating and supervising AI solution deployments in the organization.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Supporting the development of the AI growth strategy.
• Executing the business plan.
• Overseeing commercial processes.
• Monitoring AI trends and new tools, assessing their business usefulness.
