Full-stack Developer (React + .NET)

Our unified CAFM platform powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals across 35+ countries. QRmaint, a mobile-first CMMS product used by over 700 organizations, joined SINGU in 2026 and continues as a distinct product, now being integrated into the wider platform.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years commercial development experience with React and strong TypeScript
• Working knowledge of C# to work within existing codebase and deliver backend changes
• Experience integrating and designing REST APIs
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Strong testing discipline with unit and integration tests
• Comfortable with code reviews and providing useful feedback
• Ownership of delivered features from design to production and support
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and critical evaluation skills
• Communicative English and Polish at B2+ level

Nice to Have:

• Experience improving test automation and local development environments
• PostgreSQL query optimization skills
• Experience with Docker and cloud (AWS)

Frontend Development:

• Build user interfaces in React and TypeScript for the frontend rewrite
• Turn designs into responsive, accessible and performant UI
• Contribute to shared components and the design system

Backend Development:

• Build and extend backend features in .NET 10 and C# 14
• Design and develop secure, well-documented REST APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL database structures and optimize queries

Quality & Testing:

• Treat unit, integration, and end-to-end testing as a core development practice
• Participate in code reviews with clear, constructive feedback
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code following standards

AI-Assisted Development:

• Use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code to accelerate development and refactoring
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance

Delivery & Collaboration:

• Participate in product discovery, specification, and estimation
• Deliver features using GitHub and CI/CD processes, owning through to production
• Collaborate daily with Team Lead, Product Manager, Designer
• Share knowledge and support teammates
