The project focuses on building a strategic virtualization platform based on Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization in the banking infrastructure sector. The client is developing this platform alongside its existing VMware environment, collaborating closely with Red Hat for architecture and design. The Warsaw-based team consists of virtualization and VMware specialists working in a hybrid model.

Wymagania

5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise virtualization and infrastructure operations.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, Red Hat virtualization technologies, or related virtualization platforms.
Strong Linux administration background.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized platforms.
Understanding of enterprise networking, storage, and security concepts.
Ability to work in operational environments and support mission-critical infrastructure.

Nice to have:

Experience with OpenShift administration and operations.
Hands-on exposure to KubeVirt.
Experience designing enterprise platform solutions and architectures.
Knowledge of enterprise technology roadmaps and platform transformation initiatives.
Previous experience mentoring technical teams.
Experience working with Red Hat support and professional services teams.

Obowiązki

Strengthen and develop operational capabilities for the Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization platform.
Drive platform administration, incident management, troubleshooting, and capacity planning activities.
Work closely with the Virtualization Team to establish operational processes and production readiness.
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code standards, operational documentation, and automation initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for other virtualization specialists within the Warsaw-based team.
Collaborate with Red Hat and internal stakeholders to support platform implementation and ongoing operations.
