DevOps Engineer

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in growing their business. Their areas include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or DevOps
• Experience in administration and maintenance of Contact Center systems
• Higher education in IT or related field
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker at least at a regular level
• Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server systems
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD processes using TeamCity and Azure DevOps
• Ability to automate administrative tasks with PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Very good English language skills, spoken and written
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and resolve incidents
• Independence, responsibility for services, and good organizational skills
• Developed communication skills and cooperation with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to manage crisis situations and flexibly respond to changing project needs

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor/Metrics, and network solutions
• Experience with databases MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana

• Maintain and develop container environments based on Kubernetes and Docker
• Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD processes with TeamCity and Azure DevOps
• Automate administrative tasks by creating and evolving PowerShell and Bash scripts
• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server operating systems
• Maintain and develop infrastructure supporting Contact Center systems
• Monitor environments, diagnose technical issues, and resolve incidents
• Support services operating in Microsoft Azure including AKS, Azure SQL, and network solutions
• Collaborate with development teams on application deployment and maintenance
• Ensure high availability, security, and stability of infrastructure
• Analyze technical problems and implement maintenance process improvements
• Service delivery model: hybrid with 2–3 days in office per month
