BI Consultant

Clouds on Mars is an IT consulting company specializing in architecting and delivering solutions including cloud and data engineering, AI-driven analytics, web apps, and automation. The company comprises 120+ experts organized into 4 Business Units, delivering end-to-end projects involving Data Engineers, BI Consultants, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, Power Platform Consultants, and Project Managers.

• 3+ years of experience delivering BI solutions, including hands-on Power BI development.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based projects, including Fabric, DataBricks, and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources, including SQL and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD processes for BI Solutions, DevOps oriented mindset.
• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring less experienced members.
• Interests in AI technologies.

• Deliver end-to-end BI projects, from gathering requirements to deploying dashboards.
• Design and optimize data models and reporting structures to support client needs.
• Create complex data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Collaborate with clients to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Implement improvements in existing BI solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
